We’re fourth generation bakers and that makes us pretty picky about bread. We love making and eating good bread.

If you’re the picky sort as well, give our bread a try. We know you'll love it too.

Our bread is made from the very best ingredients we can find. We don’t use ingredients with names we can’t spell.

We take great pride in making bread that tastes good, and is good for you.

All our breads take about 24hrs to make. Our slow fermentation process gives our breads their unique flavour.

The ingredients amalgate with time and the results are delicious.
